Vernon is heading back to the White Isle for a little bit of sun and a lot of partying!
Some of Radio 1′s biggest stars including Pete Tong, Annie Mac, Judge Jules and of course Vernon Kay will be broadcasting live from the island from 31 July to 1 August.
It all kicks off live from the Ibiza Rocks Hotel at 7.00pm on Friday 31 July when Pete Tong and Vernon officially start the weekend with an exclusive acoustic set from Mercury Prize nominated Florence & The Machine.
Pete Tong said: “The Radio 1 Weekend is still regarded as one of the most essential weekends and a highlight of the summer season in Ibiza.
“Once again I’m looking forward to some amazing shows at the Ibiza Rocks Hotel, Wonderland and Privilege where we will be joined by some of the biggest and most exciting talent in dance music.”
