I’m fresh back from Ibiza finally - to be honest I felt rough like a buzzard’s crutch but I’m back now!

We had an amazing time hanging out with Radio 1 DJs Pete Tong, Annie Mac & Zane Lowe. Also got to hang out with Jaymo and Andy George from In New DJs We Trust, they run a night up in Lincolnshire and are awesome! You can catch some of the videos of me behind the scenes here and some pictures here.

Fearne was in for me on Radio1 whilst I was in Ibiza and I saw her plasticine version of me and it was pretty good except the legs were too fat - she should have used some lolly sticks!!

Since I got back I’ve been doing that incredibly boring job … paperwork. I’ve been away a weekend and it’s all kinda mounted up so I came home to loads of brown envelopes which I hate and have spent the week resting and eating a lot of rice pudding and custard to line my stomach!

I’m standing  in for Pete Tong this Friday cause he has Wine Flu (NOT SWINE FLU) - really looking forward to that and then next week I’m in for Moyles on the Breakfast show - so if you have any idea what we should get up to email me on officialvernonkay@iviva.com and I’ll pass them on to Aled who is in charge next week. It’s gonna be me and Comedy Dave so make sure you tune in. We’re heading up to Edinburgh to take part in Scott Mills the Musical on Thursday night!

Baby Amber has been getting better now she has had her jabs - she was a bit sick it was nappies galore and she seems to have levelled out and is alright.

I’ve got a couple of days of golf lined up so will have to get ready as I haven’t had much time to practise lately.
