Make sure you tune into Vernon tomorrow on Radio 1 from 10am. This week he will be playing his best bits and main highlights from the Big Weekend in Carlisle last week.
Plus there’s more, Vernon is paid a visit from Nathan Stephens, the paralympic champion who had both legs amputated after he was run over by a train.
This accident never stopped Nathan aspiring to achieve his personal goals and at 21-years-old he is now a Junior World gold medallist in all three of his field events, F57 Discus, Javelin and Shot Put.
The Welshman is now due to compete in the BT Paralympic World Cup which starts on Monday in Manchester.
Tune in. Saturday. Radio 1. 10am. Do it.
