Vernon completed the London Triathlon this weekend and in doing so played his part in raising over £4.5K for the two elected charities Gt. Ormond Street Hospital and the Mary Leishman Foundation.
Vernon smashed his personal target of 3hrs crossing the line in an incredible 2hrs 49 min! The toll was definitely felt as Vernon had to make a tactical stop to be sick on route as well as taking a whack in the face during the swim!
